Student Loan Repayment
This program provides eligible employees to use an allotted amount of funds
for repayment of a portion of their outstanding qualifying educational
loans. Employees must work in a full-time position (minimum of 60 hours
per pay period) during the term of the loan repayment period. Contact
Human Resources at (870) 508-1060 for further information.
BRMC offers additional educational assistance in the form of scholarships

RN Residency Program
The BRMC RN Residency Program, in partnership with
Versant, provides a comprehensive educational foundation to transition newly graduated
registered nurses from students to safe, competent professional practitioners.
The structure and standardization of the BRMC RN Residency includes an
evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor
for 18 weeks, a supportive component composed of formal mentoring and
debriefing/self-care sessions to positively impact both the competence
and confidence of the RN Resident.
