Baxter Physician Partners Recognized as a National Leader in Prevention and Wellness

Baxter Physician Partners was recently recognized as a National Leader in Prevention and Wellness at the 2023 Signify Health Symposium. Baxter Physician Partners (BPP), an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) comprised of 315 physicians and two hospitals (Baxter Health and North Arkansas Regional Medical Center), received this recognition due to over 60% of their Medicare patients completing an annual wellness visit over the last year.

Signify Health is an ACO management group that focuses on improving healthcare outcomes by building trusted relationships to make people healthier.

This recognition is a team effort that involved the help of many members of Baxter Physician Partners including primary care providers and staff, clinic managers, population health nurses, care coordinators, Chris Pedigo, LPN, BPP ACO manager and staff, clinic revenue cycle, electronic medical record support staff, and Skipper McCormick, APRN, Clinic Quality Coordinator.

Services such as annual wellness visits, chronic care management, and preventive care screenings to help our patients maintain or improve their quality of life. We are so excited to be recognized by Signify Health for our hard work,” said Karman Nesbitt, Director of Primary Care Clinics at Baxter Health.
