COVID-19 Vaccination Update #3

UPDATE: Registration is closed, as all vaccines have been accounted for. Please hold all inquires refrain from calling KTLO or Baxter Regional Medical Center. Registration will reopen when Baxter Regional receive more COVID-19 Vaccines.

Beginning Monday, February 8 at 8 a.m., registration will be open for Arkansans age 70 years and older to sign up to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. There are 2 ways to register: online at www.baxterregional.org/vaccine or by calling (870) 425-3101. We appreciate our friends at KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot for volunteering to man our call center!

Baxter Regional Medical Center received an additional supply of first doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccines, but these doses are limited and will be administered BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Friday, February 12* at the Baxter County Fairgrounds. Appointments are available while supplies last for those in Phase 1-A or partial 1-B ONLY, including adults age 70 years and older as well as those working in healthcare or education and first responders who have not yet received a vaccine.

You MUST be registered by phone or online and have a confirmed appointment to receive a vaccine. Please refrain from calling Baxter Regional main number or the COVID-10 Hotline. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

*Please be assured that outside exposure will be minimal. We know that very cold temperatures are forecasted for Friday, but we are taking multiple steps to ensure everyone will enter the building quickly.
