Fit & Fabulous After 50 to Host Open House

The Mruk Family Education Center on Aging Fit and Fabulous After 50 group that meets in Bull Shoals is hosting an Open House on Wednesday, January 18 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Bull Shoals United Methodist Church.

Start the new year off right and make a commitment to be more active and healthy in 2017! Fit and Fabulous After 50 is a women’s exercise class focused on strengthening, balance, and flexibility. The Bull Shoals group meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. at Bull Shoals United Methodist Church.

Anyone attending the Open House will be able to observe an actual class. Applications will be available or download the required participation packet here.
