BRMC has welcomed the first baby of 2016

Matthew Ray Gene Howell, born to proud parents Camron and Dustin Howell, was born at 2:20 a.m. on Sunday, January 3, weighing 7 lbs. He has an older sister, Macy, waiting to meet him. Congratulations to the Howell family!
