Scribner Family Practice Clinic, affiliated with Baxter Regional Medical
Center Health System, located in Salem, Arkansas, opened Wednesday, October
1, 2014. The clinic is located at 115 Turner Lane and is the new practice of
John Heath Scribner, M.D.
A native of Salem, Dr. Scribner is a family medicine physician. He is a
graduate of University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas, and the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He completed
a family medicine residency at the UAMS Area Health Education Center -
Northeast in Jonesboro.
Dr. Scribner is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Arkansas
Medical Society. He currently holds an appointed position with the Arkansas
State Medical Board.
Dr. Scribner and his wife, Leslie, have three children: Glendon, Phoebe
and Marshall.
Dr. Scribner is now accepting new patients! Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday
and Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Tuesday and Friday, 8 a.m. to
