Testing and Results

At BRMC, we firmly believe that lab tests should only be conducted when it is needed to deter illnesses, establish diagnoses, and facilitate treatments. That’s exactly why our doctors will always discuss testing with you beforehand, so that you can help make the decision. After all, it is your life to live, not ours.

Medication Refills

Our medical professionals strive to help you get the medicine you need when you need it. To assist us in achieving that goal, please remember to bring all your current medicine containers with you to every visit. In order to receive refills regularly, all you need to do is contact your pharmacy with any requests and they will let us know. However, please note that there are certain medications that we will not refill without a scheduled appointment.

Billing Information

To make it convenient for you, we accept MasterCard and Visa. We will also be more than happy to file your insurance forms as long as you filled them out with accurate and current information. However, please remember to have your copayments ready for us at the time of your office visit. That is when they are due.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying any additional charges since insurance companies do not completely cover certain medical services. If you have any special financial circumstances, feel free to discuss your situation with our billing office so we can work together and figure out a viable payment plan. You can reach our billing office at (866) 434-1545, ext. 85307. Also, you can ask all your questions regarding charges to this number from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
