Aging Support Resources in North Central Arkansas & South Central Missouri
Mruk Family Education Center on Aging (MFECOA) is dedicated to helping
you live a longer and healthier life. The MFECOA provides educational
programs, resources and healthcare services to older adults and their
families to help them address aging issues.

Rock Steady Boxing (A non-contact boxing exercise to fight back against Parkinson's Disease)
The center includes a classroom for educational and consultation services
related to home safety, caregiving, geriatric medicine and other aging
issues. Regular educational programs cover a variety of health topics,
such as Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis and dementia.
