Aging Well with Friends is a comprehensive senior wellness and friendship group. Over the years
it is easy to forget about the importance of exercise, good nutrition,
and our brain health. Remaining sedentary over life can lead to many chronic
diseases associated with inactivity. It can even lead to depression and
other emotional concerns. Come join us as we find friendship, work toward
better nutrition, and find ways to become more active together!
