Diabetes Wellness Group is a support group designed for those with Type 2 Diabetes and/or a caregiver for those with Type 2 Diabetes. This is an open group and all are welcome to the quarterly meetings with different topics each meeting. Join us a 11 am at The Reppell Diabetes Learning Center.
