Baxter Regional Medical Center’s Fairlamb Senior Health Clinic provides comprehensive care for patients age 65 and older and is devoted to meeting the needs of aging adults and their families. We focus on independence, quality of life and family support to assist in maintaining the best quality of life. A comprehensive geriatric assessment is completed for each patient to include a physical examination, memory testing, medication reconciliation, fall assessment and nutritional screening.
Fairlamb Senior Health Clinic is under the medical direction of geriatrician David A. Lipschitz, MD, PhD and nurse practitioner Trisha Andrews, MSN, APRN, FNP.

Walk-ins are always welcome at the Fairlamb Senior Health Clinic, or call for an appointment Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Medicare, Advantage Plans, Medicaid and most insurances are accepted. Be sure to bring all medications and any completed clinic forms with you. The FSHC is located on the BRMC Campus, across Hospital Drive from the Main Entrance. The clinic address is 614 Broadmoor, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
