"Girls' Day Out: Master Your Mornings" set for Thursday, Dec. 5

The perfect combination of sleep, exercise and a balanced morning meal could be the difference between a good day or a GREAT day! Let the Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Education help you achieve that at the "Girls' Day Out: Master your Mornings" brunch from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, December 5.

Amanda Harvey, MS, MCHES, of UAMS AHEC-North Central will be teaching Beginner Tai Chi, a slow, focused stretching exercise that relieves stress and promotes an overall feeling of well-being.

Cost is $7, and seating is limited. To reserve your space, contact Whitney Aleshire-Embrey, MS, CES, Schliemann Center for Womenand#39;s Health Education Coordinator, at (870)508-2345 or or click here to register online.
