Ira D. Chatman, MD
Dr. Doug Chatman received his medical training in Anesthesiology/Pain Management at The University of Missouri and Kansas prior to becoming one of the founding members of Baxter Regional Medical Center's Anesthesiology department. He has lived and practiced anesthesiology/pain management for over 25 years in Mountain Home. Dr. Chatman is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Baxter Medical Society, American Society of Pain Management, American Society of Addiction Medicine, American Society of Critical Care Anesthesiology (founding member), Alaska Medical Society and American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management. Dr. Chatman is board certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Management and Addiction Medicine.

Ryan Krafft, DO
Dr. Krafft is a graduate of Michigan State University Osteopathic Medical School. He completed an internship at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center and a pain medicine fellowship at Indiana University, Indianapolis. Double board certified in physical medicine/rehabilitation and pain medicine, Dr. Krafft’s training was focused on interventional procedures, specifically spinal neuromodulation and minimally invasive surgeries, as well as cancer pain.

Dr. Krafft relocated to the Twin Lakes area in 2016 from Columbia, South Carolina. He and his wife, Sara, are active outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy all our area has to offer.

Niger Stice, PA-C
Niger Stice received her medical education at South College in Knoxville, Tennessee where she earned a Master's degree in Health Science as a Physician Assistant. She completed clinical rotations at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville and Baxter Regional Medical Center. Prior to her medical degree, Niger earned a Bachelor's degree double majoring in Biology and Chemistry and a Master's degree in Biochemistry at Middle Tennessee State University where she also competed in NCAA division I tennis. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
