Baxter Regional Lowers Visitor Age Restrictions

Attention all Baxter Regional visitors and patients: recent CDC guideline changes have allowed the current age restriction on visitors to be changed to 12 years of age or older. Cline Emergency Center visitor age restrictions will remain at 18 or older. Other visitor guidelines will remain in place.

Access points into Baxter Regional Medical Center are restricted to the following entrances:

  • Cline Emergency Center Entrance (Open 24/7)
  • Main Entrance (Open M - F, 6:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
  • Medical Arts Building Entrance (Open M - F, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Memorial Day (Monday, May 31) Entrance Information:

  • Main Entrance closed (Reopens at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 1
  • Medical Arts Building Entrance closed (Reopens at 5 a.m., Tuesday, June 1)
  • Cline Emergency Center Entrance open 24/7

Other visitor guidelines include:

  • Masks or face coverings are required to enter any Baxter Regional facility. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. This applies to the hospital as well as Baxter Regional clinics.
  • Patients with a suspected or lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 are not allowed visitors.
  • Only one visitor aged 18 years and older per patient is allowed in the Cline Emergency Center.
  • All other patients are allowed two visitors aged 12 years and older.
