The Baxter Regional Medical Center
RN Residency Program is now accepting applications! Cohort #11 of the BRMC RN Residency Program
will begin in June/July, 2018.
Our RN Residency provides a comprehensive onboarding experience to transition
newly graduated nurses from students to safe, competent professional practitioners.
The program includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience
with a preceptor, and a supportive component composed of professional
growth opportunities and debriefing/self-care sessions.
This program was designed for RN graduates and RNs with 6 months or less
experience. RNs with less than one year of acute care experience are also
eligible. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered
Nurse in Arkansas. Specific criteria must be met, and required documents
include an application, resume, unofficial transcript, and essay. All
applications and required documents must be received prior to being considered
for an interview.
Unofficial transcripts, resumes and essays may either be submitted to Kim
Beavers, Recruiter, BRMC Human Resources, at
kbeavers@baxterregional.org or uploaded with the application at
