The Mruk Family Education Center on Aging is hosting the fourth annual
Hanginand#39; Out in the Hangar at the Baxter County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 20 at 5:00 p.m. The
evening will feature numerous silent auction items, a cake walk, great
food and drinks, 50/50 drawing, and live music with Kepler 9.
Hanginand#39; Out in the Hanger is an annual fundraising event, with all
proceeds benefiting the programs and services of the
Mruk Family Education Center on Aging (MFECOA) of Baxter Regional Medical Center. The MFECOA is dedicated to
improving the quality of life for older adults and their families in our
community. The center offers educational programs and support groups,
as well as fitness and nutrition classes. The MFECOA is one of four
BRMC Community Health Education and Support Houses that rely on the generosity of
Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation donors and annual fundraisers to continue offering these programs and
services free of charge.
Tickets are $50 per person and include dinner with smoked brisket and all
the fixings, beer and wine, and 2 cake walk chances. Tickets are available
at the Mruk Family Education Center on Aging on the BRMC campus, Anstaff
Bank, and Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, or attendees can register
to attend the event and pay online
here.
