BRMC welcomes new Schliemann Center Coordinator

Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes Stefany Isham as the new coordinator of the Schliemann Center for Women's Health Education.

Before joining the SCWHE staff, Stefany was the Coordinator for the BRMC Breast Imaging Center and Mobile Mammography Unit, bringing with her a passion for women’s health and education. Stefany also brings many years of experience working in public relations, community outreach, and event planning after 15 years on The Baxter Bulletin staff.

Raised in Southern California, Stefany moved to the Twin Lakes area in 1996 and resides in Mountain Home with her husband, David, their Chihuahua, Pokey, and new daughter, Olivia. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University – Mountain Home, and in her spare time enjoys relaxing with the family, spending time outdoors, and being creative around the home.

The Schliemann Center for Women's Health Education is part of Baxter Regional Medical Center’s effort to provide superior healthcare for women at all stages of life and offers classes, support groups, lunch and learns, fitness classes, mentorships, and much more for women of all ages. The center opened in 2005 as the Women’s Health Education Center and was dedicated on October 21, 2008, as the Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Education in honor of Josee Schliemann, a dedicated friend of BRMC and founding member of the BRMC Women’s Health Advisory Board.

The Schliemann Center is located on the BRMC campus, across Hospital Drive from the Main Entrance, and is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information, call (870) 508-2345 or email Stefany at sisham@baxterregional.org.
