In celebration of American Heart Month in February, the Mruk Family Education Center on Aging is hosting Partners at Heart: Men's Heart Forum on Monday, February 6 in the BRMC Lagerborg Dining Room. According to CDC, heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the United States, killing 321,000 men in 2013. That's 1 in every 4 male deaths! Ready to reduce your risk factors? Join us to discuss heart disease risks and prevention, and learn the signs of a heart attack. Featured speaker will be Steven Day, Western Senior Manager, Volunteer Management, of American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.

Men of all ages are invited to join us for this free program! A heart healthy dinner will be served beginning at 5:00 p.m., with the presentation at 5:30 p.m. Space is limited, and registration is required. Click here to register online, or contact Diahanne VanGulick, MFECOA Coordinator, at (870) 508-3880 or evangulick@baxterregional.org.

Dr. David Lipschitz was originally scheduled to be the featured speaker.
