Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes two nurse practitioners to the
BRMC Clinics staff: Marcella Bramblett, APRN, at Baxter Regional Comprehensive Womenandrsquo;s
Clinic and Lisa Fields, APRN, at Baxter Regional Pediatric Clinic.
Marcella Bramblett, APRN
Marcella Bramblett, MSN, APRN, a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner,
joins the practice of Dr. Joanna D. Twombly, OB/Gyn, at
Baxter Regional Comprehensive Womenandrsquo;s Clinic. Marcella began her nursing career in 1996 in emergency nursing at Baxter
Regional Medical Center and also has trauma and obstetrics nursing experience.
Marcella attended nursing school at NACTC in Harrison, AR, received her
Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University in 2007 and received
a Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2014. She is
a member of the American Academy of Family Nurse Practitioners.
A native of the Twin Lakes Area, Marcella and her husband Walt have 3
children. They enjoy going to church, spending time with the family, and
being outdoors on the water.

Lisa Fields, APRN
Lisa Fields, MSN, APRN, a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner,
joins pediatrician Dr. Rebecca A. Ramick at
Baxter Regional Pediatric Clinic. Lisa was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, though relocating most
recently from Corpus Christi, Texas, where she worked as a nurse practitioner
in several rural health pediatric clinics.
She attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville on a music scholarship
for the University Symphony Orchestra before graduating with her Bachelor
of Science in Nursing in 2005. She obtained her Masters of Science in
Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little
Rock in 2013. She brings with her 10 years of combined experience as an
APRN and RN with newborns and children. She spent four years working in
Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Washington Regional Medical Center and
Arkansas Childrenand#39;s Hospital, before working in pediatric clinics
and teaching.
She is certified as a Pediatric Specialist with the Pediatric Nurses Certification
Board, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society
of Nursing. In addition, she taught nursing students at the University
of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
She moved here with her seven year old son, Vaughn, who is very excited
about a new addition to their family, a golden-doodle named Teddy. They
enjoy the outdoors with activities such as hiking, camping, kayaking,
and running. Distance running is a favorite pastime for Lisa, having completed
two marathons, multiple half-marathons and various trail runs.
