BRMC Welcomes Two New Physicians to Medical Staff

Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes Mark Hammonds, MD, a dermatologist, and John Neis, MD, an otolaryngologist, to our medical staff.

Dr. Mark Hammonds has joined the practice of Dr. Mark King at King Dermatology in Mountain Home. A graduate of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, Dr. Hammonds attended University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a dermatology residency at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. John Neis has joined the practice of Dr. Monty Barker and Dr. Paul Neis at Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in Mountain Home.

A native of Mountain Home, Dr. Neis graduated from Hendrix College in Conway with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock and completed an otolaryngology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. Dr. Neis is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, American College of Surgeons and American Medical Association.
