Paws for the Cause Pet Contest Open Through April 24

Have a cute pet? The 2015 Paws for the Cause Pet Contest is now underway! Since 2009, the Peitz Cancer Support House (PCSH) has hosted an annual pet contest, with the top 12 finalists featured in the Paws for the Cause Calendar. All proceeds from this project stay right here in our community and benefit the programs and services of PCSH offered free of charge to patients and their families.

Entries for the 2015 contest will be accepted April 6 - 24, 2015. Completed entry forms and fees can be dropped off at the PCSH Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. or mailed to Peitz Cancer Support House, 624 Hospital Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653. Donand#39;t forget to vote for your favorite pet! All entries will be displayed at the PCSH, and voting will be April 27 – May 8, 2015. Votes are $1 each and will determine the top 48 finalists. A panel of judges will select the top 12 finalists from the top 48 finalists. The top 12 will be photographed at the PCSH to become one of the monthly photos in the 2016 calendar. All submitted photos will be used somewhere in the calendar, and the top 48 finalists will have the pet’s name included on their photo.
