36th Annual Health Fair & Expo is April 22-23

The 36th annual Health Fair and Expo presented by Baxter Regional Medical Center, KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot is Wednesday, April 22, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Thursday, April 23, 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., at the Baxter County Fairgrounds in Mountain Home. Free blood sugar, cholesterol and PSA tests will be offered (until 1 p.m. only), as well as a variety of health information, demonstrations, exhibits and great give-a-ways.

A 12 hour fast is recommended for best results for blood draw participants. Attendees who wish to have blood drawn will be given the opportunity to receive an invitation to join MyBRMC - Baxter Regional Medical Centerandrsquo;s online patient portal. MyBRMC Online Patient Portal is a free, easy, convenient and secure way for patients to review test results, medical history and more.

The Bargain Box Thrift Shops will also have a trailer at the event to collect your donations of gently used books, shoes, purses, jewelry, kitchen appliances, knick knacks, etc., as well as clothing of all sizes. Donations support special needs and equipment for BRMC. A double punch on Bargain Box Shopping Cards will be given to those making donations.
