Dr. John Edavettal joins medical staff
BRMC is proud to welcome John Edavettal, M.D., F.A.C.C., a board certified
interventional cardiologist, to our medical staff. He is in practice at
Cardiovascular Associates of North Central Arkansas.
A graduate of Boston University, Dr. Edavettal earned his medical degree
from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana.
He completed an internal medicine residency at LSU Medical Center and
Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado; a cardiology fellowship
at both San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in
San Antonio, Texas and Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA; and an
interventional cardiology fellowship at LSU Health Sciences Center in
Shreveport, Louisiana. He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps for 10
years in Colorado, Texas, Germany, North Carolina and Afghanistan.
Dr. Edavettal is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and
a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
We welcome Dr. Edavettal, his wife Cisy and their children Joshua, Gabrielle
and Michelle to Mountain Home.
