offers fitness classes for men and women. Join us!
Fitness for Men
As ongoing strength and flexibility training for men who want to start
a regular exercise regimen, this class is for retired men whose only exercise
has been on their riding mower. Sound like you? The Mruk Family Education
Center on Aging has FREE classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at two
different times: one at 9:00 a.m. and another at 10:00 a.m.
They will have a Fitness for Men Open House on Wednesday, January 14, 9
a.m. - 11 a.m., at the MFECOA. Come by and see them and see if this
program is what you have been looking for to create the healthier YOU!

2015 Strong Women Classes Begin in Two Locations
The Mruk Family Education Center on Aging will start the 2015 session
of the Strong Women exercise program beginning Tuesday, January 6. This
is an ongoing training program of 1 hour, low intensity exercises to improve
your strength and balance. Strong Women is provided by the Baxter and
Marion Counties Extension Service.
The cost is $12.00 annually - just $1.00 per month!
Mountain Home Strong Women classes meet at the MFECOA on Tuesdays and Thursdays. First class is at 9:00 a.m.,
and the second class at 11:30 a.m. An Open House will be held during the
Tuesday, January 13 class.
Bull Shoals Strong Women classes meet at the Methodist Church on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m.
They will have an Open House during the Wednesday, January 14 class.
Each site invites you to come by to observe and pick up sign-up information.
