Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes Thomas W. Foster, M.D., and Jennifer
T. Foster, M.D., to our medical staff. Dr. Tom Foster is a board certified
psychiatrist and Medical Director of the Hensley Behavioral Health Center
of BRMC, and Dr. Jennifer Foster is a general surgeon in practice at Ozark
Surgical Group in Mountain Home.
A native Arkansan, Dr. Tom Foster graduated from North Little Rock High
School before attending Texas AandM University in College Station, Texas.
He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences in Little Rock, and he completed psychiatry residencies at Boston
University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and University of
Maryland/Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and a geriatric
psychiatry fellowship at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Dr. Tom Foster is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
and a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
Born and raised in Mountain Home, Dr. Jennifer (Roller) Foster graduated
from Mountain Home High School and Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas,
before receiving her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for
Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She completed a general surgery residency
in the Brown University Department of General Surgery of Warren Alpert
Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Jennifer Foster is a member
of the American College of Surgeons and American Medical Association.
