Chatting Needles Holiday Crafts Sale now underway
The Peitz Cancer Support House Chatting Needles Support Group is hosting
a Holiday Crafts Sale! All craft items have been made by members of the
support group and donated to the Peitz Cancer Support House. 100% of the
money raised through their sale benefits the Peitz Cancer Support House.
The Chatting Needles Support Group teaches cancer patients to knit and
crochet. Chatting Needles volunteers make and donate various items to
others, including prayer shawls and lap robes for Hospice of the Ozarks,
physiciansand#39; offices, and nursing homes in our area. Baby buntings
are donated to BRMC for all babies born in December. Preemie items are
donated to the NICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Proceeds from
the holiday craft sale help to offset expenses involved in these projects.
The Chatting Needles Support Group Holiday Crafts Sale will be held Monday
- Friday, 9 a.m to 4 p.m., until Friday, December 13 at the PCSH
on the BRMC campus, across Hospital Drive from the Cline Emergency Entrance.
