"Girls' Day Out: Master Your Mornings" set for Thursday, Dec. 5
The perfect combination of sleep, exercise and a balanced morning meal
could be the difference between a good day or a GREAT day! Let the Schliemann
Center for Women’s Health Education help you achieve that at the
"Girls' Day Out: Master your Mornings" brunch from 10 a.m.
to noon on Thursday, December 5.
Karen Ezell, RT, of the Baxter Regional Medical Center Sleep Lab will
be discussing the benefits of a good nightandrsquo;s sleep and the possible
issues preventing you from getting the best sleep possible. Amanda Harvey,
MS, MCHES, of UAMS AHEC-North Central will be teaching Beginner Tai Chi,
a slow, focused stretching exercise that relieves stress and promotes
an overall feeling of well-being.
