a diagnosis, prevent illness or guide treatment. That's why you can
always expect your doctor to discuss with you any testing needed, so you
can participate in the decision.
Once your testing is completed, you can expect results within 7 to 10 days.
But, we'll call you if your attention is needed sooner, just as we

that process along, please remember that you should bring all your current
medication bottles to every visit.
To obtain regular refills, simply call your pharmacy with any requests

for our office to approve the refill. Please note, however, that some
medications will not be refilled without an office appointment and that
we will not prescribe or fill controlled substances after office hours.
For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We'll also be
happy to submit your insurance forms if you’ve provided accurate

at the time of your office visit.

you will be responsible for any additional charges. However, if special
financial circumstances arise, don't hesitate to discuss the situation
with our office manager at (870) 508-7072 so that we can arrange a payment plan.
