To protect the safety of our patients, visitors and staff, Baxter Regional requires the following immunizations for employment:  Influenza (flu) immunization is required.  Hepatitis A immunization or immunity (required for Food Service employees only).  Hepatitis B immunization (3 doses) or immunity.  Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) immunization (2 doses) or immunity.  Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (TDAP) immunization within the last 10 years.  Varicella (Chicken Pox) immunization, immunity, or diagnosis of varicella by a healthcare provider.  Tuberculosis (TB) screening is required.  Upon employment, please bring proof of required immunizations and screening to Baxter Regional Employee Health Department, Medical Arts Building, Third Floor.  Testing and proof of immunizations must be completed within 30 days of date of hire.
