Well, (INAUDIBLE) is we didn't... y'all did the survey too early. We hadn't had the surgery yet, and then on top of that... we hardly even seen the doctor enough to evaluate it, but the nurses did fine. Thank you.

Had great communication with the nurse (Melissa). And Dr Elkins is the best.

My Dr. will do a follow up in 3 months before we decide on surgery. At that time I will have a better feeling on the service I will receive.

I love Dr. Elkins and all of his nurses. In fact, I know that I forgot to ask a question and I can call Monday and find the answer to it without a problem. That's what I like about the nurses also whenever, I had forgotten to ask a question. I can always call back and get an answer. Thank you.

Everything was very organized and we didn't have a very long wait and everything went fine.

I found the service very well and they're very well trained Personnel, they were very kind to me. It did get a little crowded in the waiting room and the exam room was cold. But other than that, I was treated with a lot of respect and kindness.

When I met with Dr. Elkins he wasn't precise on the information that he provided. He didn't explain if it was on what I already have or something that they found that he was looking at that it looked like this. I needed to know for sure. He didn't know. He wasn't specific about medications. I had to stop him before going out the door and ask him. So I was not satisfied at all.

Waiting 45minutes to see doctor with 3 other patient's seemed to be scheduled at the same time .Our appt was 730am we were seen 8am but we were told to get there 715am so really i dont understand why waiting 45 minutes total is necessary. Especially with the covid 19 waiting in the waiting room with more with more then one patient but 3 or more isnt safe for anyone with the virus.
