You did really well. It was just so long. I have to wait 3 months before I can get the test needed before he can make a diagnosis. That's the only complaint that I have there and I'm sure it's not anything that they do anything about. But I really really need help before 3 months. But otherwise Baxter Regional is our favorite. We've always had really, really good service there. Thank you for calling me.

I really like Dr. Malte. He was articulate, he was dressed well, he listened, he answer my questions, which is really important. I've been to other doctors that did not do that. His, the first nurse that we talked, when we went in, about what my issues were, which I've been struggling with for several years, and haven't got the help I needed. I'm really excited to see him. She really backed him, and said he will figure it out, no matter what it takes, and just to know that, and hear that from his nurse, was

Sarah E. was my provider and Marlene was my nurse. I couldn't have asked for better care. They were both very professional and caring. The gentleman who checked me in, whose name I didn't get, was also very kind and professional.

Dr Malte provided very good care for me while at BRMC for 6 days recovering from COVID-19 and related pneumonia. As I was short of breath and am hearing impaired, he spoke with my wife for the televisit.
