Get ready for a healthier you this year! Baxter Health and KTLO, Classic Hits & The Boot are teaming up again to present the 2023 Health Fair and Expo. With events open in both Mountain Home and Harrison, there's something fun – not to mention educational – that everyone can enjoy while taking steps towards better health.

The 42nd Annual Health Fair and Expo in Mountain Home will be at the Baxter County Fairgrounds from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2023. It is open to everyone in the community and will have various health screenings on-site, educational exhibits, and a chance to win a “Beefer” Bundle from The Meat Shop of Mountain Home - more than 125 pounds of beef! A Teddy Bear Clinic, an interactive healthcare experience with teddy bear repair and adoption, is also planned from 3 to 6 p.m., with free homemade ice cream from Paradice Cream available for everyone while supplies last. 

Vouchers will also provided to all Health Fair and Expo attendees to receive free blood sugar, cholesterol, PSA and HbA1c testing. In Mountain Home, lab vouchers are valid for 2 weeks and redeemable at Baxter Health Outpatient Laboratory only. Registration at Admissions is required before going to the Lab for testing. In Harrison, vouchers can be redeemed at Crossroads Family Clinic from 8 a.m. to Noon on Monday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 11 only. A 12-hour fast is recommended for most accurate results.
