Details: Diabetes Education Class is for patients who have diabetes and wish to learn more about the self-management of the disease. Topics include healthy eating, monitoring, being active, taking medications, healthy coping, problem solving, and risk reduction. Patients are also invited to bring a family member to attend all classes.A doctor's referral is required, please call 508-1765 for more information!
